  • Dru Mouser

    CO-FOUNDER / CEO/ INSTRUCTOR

Hi! I’m Dru, co-founder of Village Life Pilates, Health Coach, and lifelong mover.

My Pilates journey began in 2008 after years immersed in yoga. I fell in love with teaching while working at Eden Sassoon’s Pilates in Bel-Air and later opened House of Core before building Village Life in Beverly Hills.

My teaching style blends athletic pacing with classical precision, breath, and intuitive healing practices. Drawing from certifications from across the full Pilates stsem- Reformer, Chair, Tower, Mat- along with LaGree, Yin Massage Yoga, and Reiki, I create sessions that build strength while supporting deep mind-body connection.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me making candles, researching alternative healing, trying new wellness and beauty hacks, hosting retreats, or soaking in live music.

I believe movement should make you feel strong, empowered, and at home in your body. Welcome to the Village.

  • Sasha Drawdy

    CO-FOUNDER / CMO/ INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Sasha! Born and raised in Los Angeles, I’m a spirited and passionate Pilates instructor here to welcome you to our Village Life Pilates community in Beverly Hills. With a lifelong love for movement and athletics, I discovered that Pilates offers something special—a balance of strength, energy, and joy that no other workout has ever given me.

My classes are high-energy, fun, and rooted in precision, designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and uplifted. Whether we’re flowing to a killer playlist or dialing into form, my mission is to help you feel your best, both inside and out. You’ll also meet my little sidekick, Kobe, my tiny dog who loves to roam the studio and bring smiles to everyone’s face!

When I’m not on the reformer or mat, you can find me watching sports (big fan over here), trying out the newest restaurants around LA, and spending time with my friends or my Village Life family.

I am fully certified in mat, reformer, springboard, and tower, and I’m dedicated to creating an environment that feels welcoming, dynamic, and supportive for every client. Let’s move, sweat, and grow together!

  • Jade Nittolo

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi, my name is Jade Nittolo! Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, from my younger years as a dancer to competing as an athlete. I grew up in Malibu, surrounded by an active, ocean-loving community, and spent two years studying in Rome, Italy, where I embraced a love for wellness, culture, and everyday movement.

My personal connection to Pilates began after being diagnosed with scoliosis. Following my spinal fusion surgery, Pilates became an essential part of my recovery helping me rebuild strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with my body. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others experience the same transformative benefits.

My classes focus on mindful, challenging movement designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more confident. My goal is to guide you along your Pilates journey so you can feel like the best version of yourself, inside and out.

When I’m not at the studio, you can find me at the beach, taking dance classes, or spending time with my family. I hope to see you in one of my classes soon so we can move, strengthen, and grow together!

  • Shani McMarley

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Shani McCarley! I’m a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer. A year ago, I moved from Miami to LA—and with that came the exciting leap into my journey as an instructor.

I’ve always loved movement, but Pilates gave me something deeper: a feeling of strength, confidence, and empowerment that I hope to share in every class I teach. My style blends mindful movement with intentional challenge, helping you build strength and leave feeling recharged and accomplished.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me by the beach, hiking, enjoying good food, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Eliza Foster

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Eliza! Movement has always been a central part of my life. I grew up trying just about every sport you can imagine—from gymnastics to soccer to horseback riding (my fav!). My Pilates journey began over six years ago when my mom convinced me to join her for a class, and I was immediately hooked.

When I moved to LA three years ago, hardly knowing anyone, I turned to Pilates in hopes of finding my people, which is when I met Sasha and Dru. They inspired me to finally take the leap and become an instructor myself. I’m certified in Reformer, Tower, and Chair, and my teaching style is rooted in classical Pilates foundations with an athletic twist. My classes focus on core strength, form, and helping you move with confidence and control. I know firsthand how movement can bring people together, and aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment in every class I teach.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me taking a class myself, hunting down the best new sushi spot, or hanging out at the beach with my friends and my Yorkie, Harley (Kobe’s girlfriend). I can’t wait to meet you in class!

  • Ava Alambeigi

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi, my name is Ava! I discovered Pilates shortly after finishing school, during a time when I was searching for something that brought together movement, purpose, and presence. What started as just a way to stay active quickly became a true passion. Pilates grounded me, challenged me, and helped me reconnect with mindful, intentional movement.

Falling in love with both mat and reformer inspired me to dive deeper into the practice, eventually leading me to teach. I’ve found so much joy in being able to share this work with others and create a space where people can move with confidence and intention.

My classes blend strength, flow, and precision to create an experience that feels energizing, sustainable, and empowering. My goal is to help you feel strong, present, and deeply connected to your body. Come move with me!!

  • Anna Jacobs

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Anna! Movement has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up on the East Coast before moving to New York City to pursue my ballet training, where the energy of the city and my love for dance shaped who I am today. I’m now a professional ballerina with Los Angeles Ballet, and living a wellness-centered lifestyle has supported me on and off stage.

I began practicing Pilates at a young age as a way to support my ballet training, and it quickly became more than just cross-training — it became a way to feel balanced, strong, and connected in my body. After moving to Los Angeles, I felt inspired to begin teaching so I could share that same sense of strength and alignment with others and build a supportive movement community here on the West Coast.

My classes are intentional, uplifting, and thoughtfully challenging. I love guiding clients through movement that feels strong yet fluid — helping you leave class feeling grounded, energized, and confident in your body.

When I’m not at the studio or rehearsing, you can find me at the beach, spending time at the dog park with my dachshund Willow (the light of my life), trying new food spots around the city with people I love, or studying for my business degree!

I can’t wait to move, strengthen, and grow together!

  • Neda Ostad

    REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Hi! I’m Neda, and before Pilates stole my heart, I was living my first creative life as a fashion designer. I studied at FIDM (F-I-D-M, yes, the famous one!), graduated as a fashion designer, and worked with amazing brands like ABS by Allen Schwartz, Richard Tyler, and Axis Clothing in men’s fashion. Creativity has always been my thing…

I just didn’t know it would follow me from the runway to the Reformer. I’ve always been an active person, I’ve tried every workout you can imagine but Pilates Reformer changed my life in a completely different way. After dealing with knee and lower-back injuries, the Reformer literally brought me back to life. My pain disappeared, my body transformed, and my mind felt clearer and more balanced than ever. That’s when I realized: This is it. This is what I’m meant to do. Because of my fashion background, the Reformer became my new creative playground. I love building fresh flows, challenging combos, and fun movements that keep you guessing in the best way. My classes are energetic, always full of variety, and I use every piece of equipment I can get my hands on. I want you to feel strong, inspired, and maybe even a little surprised by what your body can do. Pilates Reformer has changed my body, my mind, and my entire balance in life and I truly believe in it with all my heart.I would love for you to come join my class, meet our amazing Village life Studio team , and come move with me. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, there’s always a spot for you on my Reformer.

Come say hi, I can’t wait to meet you.

  • Kobe

    OFFICE MANAGER/FORM CHECKER/BODYGUARD

I began my career early in life. I started in small crate watching classes and worked my way up the ladder with diligence, hard work, charm, and lots of snuggles. I often ride on clients’ backs to make sure their table tops are perfect form. I live for feet in straps because that always means goodbye hugs from my favorite VLP clients and snacks.

When I’m not at the studio, I love spending time with my mama Sasha and playing in the park.
