At Village Life Pilates, our reformer classes are designed with specific intentions—some focus on sculpting certain areas, while others emphasize flow, endurance, or alignment. However, every single class delivers a full-body workout. We believe that movement should be balanced, and strength should be cultivated across the entire body for longevity, resilience, and transformation.
With the launch of our expanded studio, we now will SOON offer a dedicated Infrared heated Mat Room—a space for yoga, sculpt, map pilates, pilates fusion, HIIT, and other mat-based training. Coming May 2025!
