We combine the traditional principals of Pilates with athletic, original, compounded movements, all set to a tempo that creates time under tension to dramatically sculpt and transform your body. Combining the principals of traditional Pilates with some of the more modern, La Gree influences style, all done on the safety of our elegant, cushy, yet challenging reformers. Enter into a gorgeous, light-filled studio; we’ve created an environment that is bold yet inviting—featuring expansive windows, white Italian tiled flooring, charcoal black walls, stunning Moroccan chandeliers, and rustic rattan accents for a modern, elevated, yet grounded feel.

Beyond the reformers, our Mat Room, opening May 2025, is a sanctuary for yoga, sculpt, and mat-based movement, for a deep, transformative experience. This is where strength meets stillness, intensity meets flow, and sweat meets serenity.
