Class Descriptions

Village Life Pilates group classes are semi-private and have been carefully curated with your fitness goals in mind. With only five reformers, you will get the individualized attention that is so important in Pilates. We promise a full body workout in every session, while some of our classes devote special emphasis for sculpting specific areas of your body. We offer a balanced schedule to prioritize your needs and goals and deliver excellence in every class. This is all delivered against a backdrop of unmatched elegance, with energizing and fun playlists, in a welcoming and inspiring community.

Class Descriptions

  1. Band Together – a full body reformer workout using Bala Bands for added resistance and intensity plus amplified muscle activation; sculpting your arms, legs, and core, while boosting strength and endurance. Perfect for all levels, we are stronger together!
  2. Bicep Bliss – a full body reformer class with a focus on toning and defining your arms and décolletage. Stay yacht ready always, baby!
  3. Brace Yourself – a full body reformer class done on the lightest spring. It takes complete focus and control to perform complex moves on a whisper. Brace and pace!
  4. Core Collective – you will be led through an intense and layered full body reformer class with a laser focus on chiseling those abs. All obliques are welcome!
  5. Glute Lab – a full body reformer based class with special emphasis on toning and lifting that bum! Baby got back!
  6. Grind and Glow – a full body reformer workout incorporating our Bala weights, ring, and ball. First you grind, then you glow!
  7. Femme Flex – a full body reformer workout for women, combining strength, stretch, and core stability. Sculpt, tone, and energize with this athletic yet graceful class. Femme and fab!
  8. Flowchella – a full body reformer workout class playing the best music from Coachella. We will keep you beauties ready for festival season, it’s a vibe!
  9. Roots to Rise – a slow paced, grounding, full body reformer class that promises a carved physique, strong core, and inner glow, using science backed time under tension. Rooted in strength!
  10. The Village People – we play music from the greatest decade of music — the 1970s — during this full body reformer workout. Come get your groove on!
  11. Village Fire – a full body reformer class that offers multiple sets of each exercise, helping you build that inner fire. Burn, baby burn!
  12. Stagecoach Sculpt – already a fav, a reformer based fully body workout playing your favorite country hits. Yeehaw, y’all!
  13. Zen Village – a full body reformer workout done at dusk, with a chill zen playlist to help you wind down at the end of the day. We end this class with meditation and Reiki. Namaste, my friend!
